A Commerce and Law graduate, CS Dhananjay Shukla is a Fellow Member of ICSI with over two decades of experience in corporate law, securities law, and taxation. Based in Gurugram, he is a practising Company Secretary leading the firm Dhananjay Shukla & Associates.
Over the years, CS Shukla has been actively contributing to the growth and development of ICSI. He served as Vice President of the institute in 2024 and has held multiple leadership roles, including:
- Member of the Northern India Regional Council (2011-2014 and 2015-2018)
- Chairman of the Northern Region (2017)
- Member of the Secretarial Standards Board (2019 and 2020)
CS Shukla’s professional journey includes extensive corporate experience, working with large organizations before transitioning to practice in 2009. He is the founder of KPRC & Associates, a firm with a pan-India presence offering expertise in corporate laws, foreign exchange regulations, secretarial audits, and arbitration.
Before his election to the Central Council (2023-2026), CS Chandak held notable positions, including:
- Chairman of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) in 2021
- Chairman of the Pune Chapter (2012 and 2017)
- Secretary and Vice-Chairman of WIRC during 2019 and 2020, respectively
