How do I get registered for the CLDP training conducted by ICSI after the CS professional exams?

Introduction of Corporate Leadership Development Programme (CLDP) in Two Phases 

(i) 15 days through Online Mode (LMS Portal) (ii) 15 days in Classroom

Mode (Residential/Non –Residential) Concerning the above, the students are hereby advised to note that, henceforth,

the Institute shall be conducting 30 days of Corporate Leadership Development

Program (CLDP) in two phases in the following sequential manner:

1. Phase 1: 15 days through Online Mode (LMS Portal); and (on Completion of

Phase 1 )

2. Phase 2: 15 days through Classroom Mode (Non-Residential/Residential).

The revised structure of the Corporate Leadership Development Programme (CLDP) is

given hereunder:

Students are also advised to take note of the following:

a) Only the students who have completed Company Secretaryship Final/

Professional Programme examination and completed all training requirements

including one Month of EDP (15 days Online mode and 15 days Classroom Mode)

and 21 months of training, shall be eligible to register for 15 Days Online Mode

CLDP at Phase 1.

b) Only the students who have completed 15 Days Online Mode CLDP and have a

valid Completion Certificate shall be allowed to register for 15 Days Classroom

Mode CLDP (Residential / Non-Residential) at Phase 2.

c) 15 days of online CLDP shall be conducted only by the ICSI-HQ through the LMS portal

of the Institute. Further, 15 Days Classroom Mode (NonResidential/Residential) shall be conducted by the ROs/eligible

Chapters/CCGRT and CoE.

d) Students shall register for the CLDP (Online as well as Class Room Modes)

through Stimulate Portal (https://Stimulate.icsi.edu/)

e) After approval of registration for 15 days online CLDP on Stimulate Portal

(normally within 5 days of registration on the Portal), the Username and Password

of LMS Portal (to access the 15 days online CLDP program) will be sent to

registered e-mail id of the students.

f) Students may access 15 days of online CLDP through the LMS Portal at the link

https://www.icsi.edu/e-learning/.

g) There will be an Assessment after completing the Content of a particular day. A

student shall have to secure 50% marks to pass the assessment. Clearing

assessment is mandatory for progressing to the sessions on subsequent days.

h) The sessions of Specialized Area will be conducted during the last 7 days of 15

days Online CLDP after successfully completing the other topics during the first

8 days. There will be only one combined assessment for all the days of specialized

area.

i) As already mentioned above, students can move to the sessions of subsequent

days only after completing the sessions of the preceding day and passing the

assessment thereof.

j) This process will continue till all the sessions are successfully completed or the

maximum permitted time (6 Months from the start date of LMS access for Online

CLDP). After 6 months, access to the LMS Portal will be automatically

deactivated.

k) If Online CLDP is not completed within the 6 months as specified above, all the

records of all such students (content view/assessment) would be erased from the

LMS Portal and the students shall have to apply afresh for Online CLDP by

paying the requisite fee again.

l) Students can undergo content/ sessions at any time any day with full flexibility

in selecting the time. Source
