Applicability of the Finance Act, 2021 for December 2022 Examinations Students may note that the December 2022 Session of Examination, Finance Act, 2021 (i.e. Assessment Year 2022-2023 / the Previous Year 2021-2022) is applicable for the following papers:

Executive Programme

(i) Tax Laws (Module-1, Paper-4)

Professional Programme

(ii) Advanced Tax Laws (Module-1 Paper-2)

Students are also required to update themselves on all the relevant Rules, Notifications,

Circulars, Clarifications, etc. issued by the CBDT, CBIC & Central Government, on or

before 31st May 2022 for December 2022 Examination.

ICSI Payment of Annual Membership Fee and Certificate of Practice Fee for FY 2025-2026

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced that the Annual Membership Fee and Certificate of Practice (COP) Fee for the Financial Year 2025-26 are now due for payment starting April 1, 2025 . The last date for payment without any late fees is June 30, 2025 . Fee Structure for 2025-26 The fees payable for different categories are as follows: Fee Particulars ACS FCS Annual Membership Fee ₹2,950/- ₹3,540/- Opting out of the Physical Chartered Secretary Journal ₹2,360/- ₹2,950/- Annual Fee for Certificate of Practice (COP) ₹2,360/- ₹2,360/- All fees mentioned above are inclusive of 18% GST.
