Applicability of the Finance Act, 2021 for December 2022 Examinations Students may note that the December 2022 Session of Examination, Finance Act, 2021 (i.e. Assessment Year 2022-2023 / the Previous Year 2021-2022) is applicable for the following papers:

Executive Programme

(i) Tax Laws (Module-1, Paper-4)

Professional Programme

(ii) Advanced Tax Laws (Module-1 Paper-2)

Students are also required to update themselves on all the relevant Rules, Notifications,

Circulars, Clarifications, etc. issued by the CBDT, CBIC & Central Government, on or

before 31st May 2022 for December 2022 Examination.

If you're a student of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), here’s a crucial reminder from the Institute itself— do NOT prefix "CS" before your name unless you are officially a member with a Certificate of Practice. 📜 What's the Issue? ICSI has observed that some students wrongly use the title "CS" before their names.
