SECTION A — ELIGIBILITY & EXEMPTIONS (1–10)


1. Case: 12th Appearing + Gap Year Confusion

Answer:

Yes, she is eligible because CSEET allows students who are appearing in 10+2 examinations.

2. Case: Foreign National with Indian Schooling

Arman, a Nepali citizen, studied in India and passed 12th from CBSE. Wants CSEET June 2026.

Answer:

Not eligible.
CSEET eligibility requires the candidate to be an Indian national, irrespective of the board.


3. Case: BBA Graduate Seeking Exemption

Tanisha completed a BBA in 2023 but didn’t apply for the CS Executive exam immediately. Now in 2026, she wants to skip CSEET.

Answer:

Eligible for exemption.

SECTION B — FEES, CONCESSIONS & REGISTRATION (11–20)

Answer:

Refund is allowed only in cases of double payment.
She must submit the payment receipts and request a refund through the ICSI portal.


12. Case: SC Category Student Applying Late

A SC student missed the normal window and wants to enrol with a late fee.

Concession applies only to the exam fee (50%), not to the late fee.


13. Case: J&K Student Exemption Confusion

SECTION C — EXAM PATTERN & CONDUCT (21–35)
