Today I'll show you how to fill out your CS exam form. I've also included step-by-step photos.

So, let's get started right now!

                     

Step 1: Go to the Smash portal and log in.

  • The first step is to go to your smash portal. Go to www.smash.icsi.edu. And then enter your registration number and the password


Step 2: Navigate to the MODULE header.

  • After a successful login, the user will be sent to the Welcome screen, where they must select MODULE from the header menu and then ENROLLMENT from the sub-menu
  • Now, under the ENROLLMENT submenu, select Examination Enrollment Request to be taken to the Examination Enrollment Request screen.

Step 3: Select Add Enrollment Request from the drop-down menu.

  • You will be sent to the screen below, where you can Request to Enroll. To access the enrollment form, click the "Add Enrollment Request" button.
  • Note: The web browser's popup window must be enabled.

Step 4: Fill in the details carefully.

  • Review all of the specified information in the Exam form before clicking the "Next" button, since any further changes will be permitted only up to specific dates, and a fee (which fluctuates from time to time) will be charged for any such changes.

  • The Fee Detail page will appear after clicking the "Next" button on the screen Enrollment Form.

Step 5: Re-check the screen by previewing it.

  • The preview screen will appear, allowing you to verify the enrollment details and confirm your session enrolment. The user will have the opportunity to return to this screen and make any adjustments. 
  • To make a payment, click the "Confirm Application" button.

Step 6: Complete the transaction.

  • Choose a payment method and then click the "Next" button. You can select the option that best matches your needs.

  • After entering the payment information and clicking the "Proceed" button, the system will issue a payment receipt.
  • During the examination enrollment procedure, you must save an official receipt for the examination fee paid by them. And keep it safe for future reference.
