The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a statutory body set up under an act of Parliament, the Company Secretaries Act, 1980, to regulate and develop the profession of Company Secretaries in India. The ICSI invites applications for the following post on a contractual basis:

The Consolidated remuneration will be Rs. 50,000/- per month

MAXIMUM AGE (as on 01.06.2022) : 35 years

New Delhi/ Noida

PERIOD OF ENGAGEMENT

The tenure for the position will be initially for a period of one year. The period of engagement may

be extended every year up to a maximum period of two more years based on the performance and

the requirement.

QUALIFICATION

Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India / Member of The Institute of Chartered

Accountants of India/ Member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India / PG Degree in

Commerce

EXPERIENCE

Post Qualification Experience of more than 3 years

WORK PROFILE:

• Skills in standard principles of accounting

• Day-to-day financial accounting

• GST / TDS-related assignments

• Invoice processing from receipt till Vendor payment

• Balance sheet finalization/ consolidation experience Skills:

• Subject knowledge

• Drafting and writing skills

• Ability to interpret the amendments in the relevant subject

• Application of Legal Provisions to situation

• MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
